I've worked in appraisal for 27 years, including 23 as a certified residential appraiser, and I've been a Realtor® for 16. In 1999, I co-founded an appraisal company that has served Tampa Bay ever since, and along the way I've trained more than 15 appraisers.
That background shapes how I work with buyers and sellers. I understand how homes are valued, and I explain the market in plain terms to help you make confident decisions about one of the biggest purchases of your life.
